Among the specific security feature of SaleSys are:
- Telephones numbers are encrypted all time including when the agent receive the call can’t see the customer phone number. If for any reason additional phones numbers are provided by the customer, As soon as the telephone is entered by the agent it is encrypted and only show a mask of it
- Dialing to customers is done via the agent SaleSys screen no manual dialing is done
- All activity is logged to audit files. Every access to the system, every report requested, every information changed is logged
- SaleSys runs in a closed security environment, by default all accesses are denied and every access to SaleSys must be granted from specific IP address, Computer and Userid’s
- Every person using SaleSys must have a unique Userid and Password
- Credit Card information is store encrypted using approved PCI encryption method.
- When SaleSys is integrated with TousCorp telephone system the Credit Cards and telephones are not recorded on the recording of the agent-customer phone call
- Agents can only call to leads assigned to them
- The system restrict the Agents to call only at the approved date and time
